Thanks

This is for T2. I am using the new T 1. Is it the same software for both?

No,
the T2 software is not cross compatible with the T2+ or the T1. But you can import systems created in the older software into the new software.

Gee that was smart, now RTI is going to shut the site down and all of us dealers are going to have to get new login information.

jmk, you have caused unknown pain to any and all rti installers by helping onetime. EVERY other installer can look forward to an unknown time during which they will not be able to get the information that one guy, onetime, needed. RTI Installer was being sarcastic and actually did not say the word, but THAT WAS STUPID. We all lose!

How about the hundreds of dealers and installers who happen to NOT read this thread? You KNOW some of them are going to need to look at the site over the weekend, and YOU will be costing them business because the password, and maybe username, will be changed by then (hopefully)...and the office will be closed.

onetime, if you needed information that should have been kept secure, why the HELL didn't you put your F$%^Cking EMAIL ADDRESS in your profile? Then maybe it would have occurred to jmk to just email the info to you.

SHORT RANT: EVERBODY GO PUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR PROFILE RIGHT NOW SO WE CAN HELP YOU PERSONALLY OUTSIDE OF THESE THREADS IF WE WANT TO. IF YOU DON'T PUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE PROFILE, DON'T ASK ANY QUESTIONS WHICH MIGHT BE ANSWERED BY SOMEONE SENDING YOU STUFF.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I just heard 10 companies lost sales and went out of business because someone posted the password to a manufacturer of remote controls on the site.

For those who have managed to twist your underwear up around your f@*&^%g ears, the info that I gave out has been given out to custys by RTI before !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry if you feel like the world will soon be imploding due an unfortunate turn of events called being curtious. Stick it in your $#@ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead of wasting time complaining, be constructive with your life. I did have a great respect for the others professionals in this forum, but that is slowly fading. Especially those who continually "pitch a fit" like a child. If your life is that bad, do us all a favor, END IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
