Can anybody explain to me how to get into the service mode for this TV so I can alter the width & height etc of the picture as it has major overscan problems and both Philips and the shop I bought it from won't help me! Is there an RC5 code I can use to get into the menu? Please explain as no-one else will!

Thanks. Sorry if I sound a bit stupid but how would that translate into a code for my Pronto RU-940?

It doesn't. You punch in 0-6-2-5-9-6 INFO+ on the remote's keypad. :-)
