Needing a deserving company in the chicago/suburb area that would like a trained and skilled installer, that doesn't mind getting dirty (we all know where we come from) to programming, customer relations, and project management..

I possess my own tools, ladders, laptop etc and necessary skills.

We all love what we do ,but where we work sometimes limits how far we can go.

You should post your ideals and values to match with a company that has the same. And like Imaqt said, also post your contact info.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Sorry about that.........email is now in listing

A custom company that realizes that not all installs are out of the box and doesn't take short cuts.A company that will be around in the next 5-10 years.... custom is custom and should be billed accordingly ......I end up working nights until god knows when and weekends if it takes that just to make sure that the customer gets the satisfaction of what he/she paid for.....I want it to be about the customer and not about just making money, though it helps pay my bills......FInish what you start then move on. I understand scheduling issues come up but lets take care of all that comes first then move on. Everyone should also take the time to understand someone else may come in after you so pay attention to some details and take some pride in your work.....

And every once in a while show a little praise for something above and beyond. It get frustrating making things happen and busting your hump just to get more work piled on

I want want what every installer and owner wants, a
decent place to work with some respected people who help you out when you need it and understand that we all need a life outside of work within reason.

Thanks
CI

Also I received many replies and would like to find an install company outside of the loop rather than downtown.......but relocation in about 6-8 months would correspond with my job decision.

Where were you a year ago, man? :-)

Email me anyway. Networking is the thing.
