He Scene Can you remove the cable box all together and see if the other sources drop out? Go back to HDMI everything and add sorces back one at a time.
last post on the 1st page so maybe he missed it. I had a similar issue a few weeks back, Replaced the HDMI from the 5008 to the TV and fixed the issue.
