Any tricks? I have 6 and they will not talk to the remote.
Press and hold dimmer in the middle till lights ramp down, then press "on" on the remote. I have done many many of these, just not with the 890.
Any advice?

why have a nice system if you cant operate it, program the remote the right way the FIRST time! |

You need an RF base defined in the program even if you aren't using one.
At least that was what I had to do on a 980i
