What are you guys using when you need a switch this big? Brand? Model?

Nothing crazy,doesnt have to be L3.

That is our go-to switch, i just specked a 26 port and an 8 port for an upgrade today.

Yeah really... the SG300-52P is LOUD! Conversely, the SG300-10P is completely silent (no fans).

The SG200-26P is pretty noisy. Certainly the loudest device in most racks. Have never heard the SG300-52P though.

I had one sitting on my desk for about a week while I was configuring it and testing some things. It was one of those scenarios where when I finally unplugged it at the end of the week I felt a nice calming feeling come over me. Ahh, peace and quiet. lol

yes, it is exactly as loud as a 52MP. We only use the 28 and 52 MPs. they are so damn load!!!!
