Anyone out there have experience with RTI and Vera3? We have a setup with 6 door locks. The stock Vera program is fine on iPhone and iPad and PC when using the Vera app. However, on the RTI Panel, we are getting a "Disconnected" message unless we do a reset on the XP8s or push an upload to the processor. We recently updated to the latest Vera driver version 1.04 as RTI said that it addressed this issue. However, I think it was a different kind of polling issue it was dealing with. After doing a push, the system shows disconnect by the next day. We have fixed IP for the Vera and like I said, it works reliably on the vera interface.

Customer has a higher end Cisco network. Any thoughts

Just for a easy option, switch out the cisco for a cheap netgear or something for a few days. Might be a issue with cisco losing ID with Vera's.

You could try Shakey's driver that's available over at the RTI forum. It's in the "Unsupported & 3rd Party Drivers" section. Not sure if it would help but felt obliged to inform you for some reason.... :D

Had a similar issue with my personal veralite and XP3 consistenly losing connection following power loss to veralite. Posted on RTI forum and got some help from Troy. He had me change RTI vera driver from tcp via IP to UPnP. Rhar worked

He also had me test a new driver release with TCP. The new driver also worked. I believe he was going to release the driver this week.
