Please get rid off all Comcast call center and (remove by any means necessary) every last person that pretends to offer customer service for that shitty company. I'd like to see that happen. Sincerely. One pissed off Comcast customer.

If you hate them so much, leave. If there's no other provider, I guess you're screwed but don't insult others when you're pissed at Comcast. If they're the only game in town, they don't need to be great or even good- people will accept whatever they trowel out because they have no choice. To a point. Monopolies don't need to care. I left Time Warner when I'd had enough and I left DirecTV when I didn't get what I wanted and needed, at a price I was willing to pay. It's simple- if they fail as a provider of something, they'll lose customers.

Enough said... For tech issues, ALWAYS ask for Tier 3 support, for billing, anger and other admin issues, ask for Customer Retention. Re: AHC- I saw a clip from Family guy last night (I think it was either a preview or shown on Touch TV (all news, actually pretty unbiased and they show both side of the arguments), where Peter Griffin was working at a brewery and when he screwed up, big time, he was fired. Immediately, he got his phone and dialed a number, saying "Hello, COBRA? I'd like to pay $1300 for one month of health insurance".
