Yes, we use them on most every install between DM switch and amp for the analog audio for house speakers when video goes over HDMI/DM. Best work around we have found.

Anyone come across a unit similar to this but is infinitely adjustable instead of just steps of 50 ms?

Zektor has the capability built into their switch, which I think is a plus. My notes show between 0 and 170ms.

Last year I Spoke with ATLONA rep asking what we really needed in our industry. He said at that time they were in the process of making one. Not sure if they ever did.

I was just talking to someone about this the other day - I couldn't find delay settings in SIMPL anywhere.

So if I do a badass DM system with a badass Sonnex system I could have lip sync delay issues if I don't add a bunch of 3rd party boxes hanging in between them? wtf

What's the issue? Delay between surround avr's and the DA?

if you use Marantz and use the CD input, I've used digital out of a swamp or analog. I didn't have any noticeable delay, even using PLIIMusic DSP.
do wino hue?

Just worked with True Blue on this issue today, switching the TV to GAME mode turned off a lot of the video processing and took care of the lip sync delay
