Please can anyone help me to get round my problem of trying to learn Bang & Olufsen codes onto a new Marantz RC5400 remote? I need to control a B&O BeoSound 9000 CD/ Tuner, and unlike the old RC5200's it will not learn the codes by simply pointing one at the other. Does anyone have any codes which can help me out, or, is there an easier way to get round this problem? Many Thanks in advance RDS

Do you have a 5200? Can you learn the codes with the 5200, then copy and paste from Touch Screen Setup to Wizzit?
The NG software sometimes "corrects" codes entered this way, and sometimes the corrected codes do not work, but that would get you a long way.
Actually, I thought the 5200 could not learn the B&O commands because they use a modulating frequency too high for these remotes. Comments?

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw |

Thanks Ernie,
Every time that I have set-up a 5200 in the past I have had no problems pointing and learing B&O codes into the remote! I will see if I can get a hold of a 5200 and give that a try!
Thanks Again!
