Anyone have experience with this unit?

We have a dual voltage/2-wire QS switch (no neutral) on the circuit for this light. You are supposed to change modes on this system by doing on/off toggles "X" number of times to select which mode you want. The customer is saying they can't change modes, but we haven't been there to look at it yet.

I'm wondering if it's user error, or if there is an issue with the neutral on this circuit. I only used a 2-wire switch because there was no neutral in the box when we retro'ed it in.

I just started researching this, if I find anything interesting I'll follow up.
