I have a family vacation planned. First time my whole family has been together since the early 90's. I will think of you guys when I am on the beach drinking a rum and coke :)

I run a golf tournament every year to support families who have children/teens that have been diagnosed with cancer. This is our 3rd year holding the event and up until now the tournament was always the Friday after Labor Day and Cedia was later in the month. Apparently Cedia was typically that same week we hold the event with the last two years as the exception. So going forward I need to possibly rethink the event date. I'm excited because this year we will have a recipient of a Make-A-Wish donation speaking at the golf tournament. She received the donation from our event last year. [Link: spreadjoyandlove.org]Sorry to throw a wet blanket on everyone's excitement to see Brenden's mom! I was excited too because knowing he is only 18, that would put his mom around my age! ;)

Thinking I won't go this year as last year was to be my grand finale.....
I'd rather be at the beach drinking and checking out the scenery than looking at all you lard ass, propeller head, nerds anyway....
Of course, If I did go, I would win a shitload of prizes at the IP GTG like normal.... :-)

It's kind of like the amp toss a few years back, but they tie a piece of Cat 5 to your ankle and you use your walker to saunter away from the roll of Cat 5. The first old geezer to run out 100' of wire wins a case of Metamucil! As much stuff as you win every year, I figured you were a cinch to win this too.
