I remember it as AMX's iOS app. My guess is that it's similar to CommandFusion...meaning you get more bells and whistles that Crestron Mobile doesn't have.
My only advice against stuff like this is that it adds an additional layer of effort/complication to the project. Old crestron projects that we had have RTI remotes. At the time it was great but now it sucks to have to update every single RTI remote. With Crestron i have 1 GUI file for all hand held remotes so 1 remote or 30...i only update 1 file.
At this point i would spend any extra time on Core3 & Smart Graphics. Thats where crestron UI programming is headed.

I tried it but couldn't understand their licensing options as there were quite a few different options. Then I downloaded their gui editor software and it was terrible. I deleted it shortly after.
Have heard a few not so good stories about their tech support also. But yeah it's a similar concept to CF which is what I'm using now.

They are based in Nizhny Tagil, Russia. That may be the source of some of your problems.
