So I'm trying to set up my Dyn Standard DNS Service. I'd like to set up all future surveillance installs on my own service. I'm going to set it up like Zohan has to provide some RR and have my company name in front of customers instead of someone else's. I've already received a "zone" from Dyn (my company name.net) but can't figure out how to add my customers (clients). I'm not totally sure but somehow I need to change my domain’s delegation and can't figure out how. For those that are using Dyn, can accounts be set up so I'd get an email or my customer or both that the ip has changed at there premises?

To be clear, I have never had a zone level service from DYN but I do have host services. But it sounds like you have already figured out the zone part. So for hostnames, all you do is add a new hostname (i.e. yourcustomer.yourcompanyname.net), then enter that hostname, your Dyn username, and Dyn password into whatever device you want to host DynDNS.
For example, we usually do the router, but you could also do it with a camera, DVR, or other network device that supports DynDNS. The router (or other network device) will then tell DynDNS whenever the WAN IP changes, so that the yourcustomer.yourcompanyname.net URL will direct to the correct IP.
