This has been my "CI" project the last couple of weeks. Building a new draft tower for the bar. We started with a 6 tap box, then went to 12 taps in 2013 and now 21 taps. The draft tower collars connected, unplumbed standing on end. Rough fit for the bar drill (unplumbed) Left and right tower legs plumbed ready for install, glycol pump is the black box on the ground. One of the trunk lines is also rolled up and wrapped on the ground. Single 3 tap spare collar on the table in the rear. Installed What is on tap Guinness Urban Chestnut STLIPA Perennial Aria Boulevard Tank 7 Founders Porter Founders Imperial Stout Founders Dirty Bastard Dark Horse Double Crooked Tree Ayinger Celebrator Bells Expedition Stout Bells Two Hearted 4 Hands Divided Sky Schlafly Black IPA Schlafly Raspberry Hefeweisen Schlafly Hefeweisen Schlafly Pale Ale Sam Adams Summer Ale Dogfish Head 60 min IPA Angry Orchard Blue Moon And of course, Bud Liight!

Nothing from Lakefront Brewery? Lakefront has barely made it past their own doorstep. Most micro/craft breweries don't have the capacity for distribution. As a retailer, you have to purchase directly from distribution. If something you want is not available from your distributors you can not sell it (post prohibition three tier system). Three tier means that a brewer can not sell directly to a retailer. There has to be a middleman (distributor). Knowing this, and knowing that distributors have limited warehouse space and retailers have limited shelf space is why you see bud light packaged 600 different ways (eat up all of the floor or retail display space) I can get Samuel Smith in from the UK but not Lakefront from Wisconsin. We pushed our distributors hard to secure dogfish (Delaware) and Dogfish struggles to meet demand in our region on some of their flagships (in kegs, bottles are easier). Dogfish 60 min IPA sixth barrels don't last long. We order them three at a time. Even yuengling at 2.5 million barrels of beer per year doesn't distribute much west of Ohio. Fortunately, St. Louis is a very hot area for craft beer breweries. We have some exceptional craft breweries

How do you get all the hoses connected to the spigots in such a crowded space inside the inaccessible tower?

I have 3 taps at home and that is enough to deal with. Great project.
I also have Founders Imperial Stout in the refrigerator.
