Any one having problems with Bid Magic where it pulls "Autolinked" items into the quote the first time in a bid, but not after that?

I'm running 8.1.0.10 and I don't have that problem.
Have you looked to ensure you haven't unchecked autolink in the product itself or on the bid settings?
Call T/S they should get you fixed right up.
