So I am new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Craig and am a RTI installer, for the past 4 years or so... (In the greater Los Angeles area...)

Actually, you should start off by telling all us installers that you are developing a wiring standard that will make our installations easier and more efficient.
That should be a good place to start :)-
