Samsung has the shitiest internal WiFi antenna and chip I have ever seen.
Easiest would be if sonos is on site just place a bridge behind the TV and hardwired it. If thats not an option get a Pico and put that in bridge mode.
To tell you the truth i would take this opportunity to take over the network and get a UBNT edgemax and Unifi in there to get rid of those shitty repeaters and double SSID's
My iPhone had absolutely no problems with connection and communication to the AppleTV. They haven't had any problems with streaming- they do it often enough that I think they would have told me about it.
I may just move the network over powerline to the receptacle behind the TV and hard-wire it.
The TV sees the SSIDs with no problem- kind of wondering if I should just use the WPS button.
Edit:
Here's what Instant Chat posted- "I'm afraid to tell you that the TV may not access WiFi signals if it is beyond 25 Feet from router. Also, make sure there are no obstacles in between router and the TV. The router should be free from Firewall blocker as well."
