The HAI panel also supports X10 lighting control. You sound confident the client has UPB, but if you haven't already confirmed the keypads and dimmers are UPB you should pull a few out to make sure you know what is installed.

HAI panel supports almost any lighting control out there except for Insteon(Sp?).
HAI natively integrates with Lutron RR and RR2 although I haven't tried it yet (waiting to receive the RR2 repeater to start playing with it).
