Are these boxes even usable anymore? Client has 2 of them from an old house that are basically brand new in box. If they are usable, would anyone be interested in buying?

Yes you can still use them. Until they break. :) I have not looked into it, but surely you could replace the HDD in them when they die.

I've replaced all the ones I originally installed. I noticed on mine and a few others that they started getting slow to respond, weird network issues, gui wasn't as snappy, etc...

It seemed to happen around the same time (about 1.5 years ago). I wondered if VuDu didn't change something in their delivery system and were sunsetting the original hardware? BluRay players, etc with the VuDu client still work fine (in my place and for my customers).

Still using my BX100 on a regular basis. Having said that firmware updates since the Wally mart takeover have made it harder to use.

I have a brand new xl1000 and it wont connect to the internet. If its never been activated its not going to work. I tried 3 different ones and they were all the same.
