I got another one to add... IP Controllable Power Strips. Actually anything related to remote monitoring including a rack PC and Teamviewer and the ability to control the clients system remotely from my iPad with the same user interface that they use locally.

Just avoided another truck roll by using teamveiwer to login to my rack PC and run an IP scan where i discovered that there was an issue with 2 devices. Just a few years ago this phone call would have been a Friday evening nightmare because everyone is headed home and the client cant use the system on Friday night. I (or someone) would have had to get back in our truck or give up our Saturday morning plans to do an early service call.

+1 for Yamaha Aventage receivers.

I'm gonna be weird and say Binary B6 HDMI cables.

Also Control4. It's come a long way. Their Wireless Music Bridge is a nice piece; they should have had it about 4 years ago though.
