Who made threats?

This just in, his mother kicked him out of the basement (i.e. he was banned from mommy's basement).

So he is in the process of moving into his grandmother's basement and will resume posting as soon as his his x box is set up.

Bruce, sorry to hear about your friend. That is a bad situation up there...I would not have wanted to be on that rescue effort (finding little kids buried, etc)...Breaks your heart.

He was a total tool, but threats don't ever work. Threats just feed into their mindset, as they are out to get a reaction. A threat by you, is simply an indication to them, that they are controlling you, and your thoughts. There were plenty of individuals in this thread who rose above his petty name calling, and responded in a very classy manner.

you know its fun to stoop to someones level every once in a while! the guy was a complete and total jack ass. nothing wrong with puffing out your chest every once in a while to defend something. i think you are reading into it WAY to much!

I would have thought being an engineer that your reading comprehension was better than that. My comment wasn't a threat. I never made any threats or claims that I would follow through with my desire. I only made the statement that he is such a douche bag that I would like to punch him in the face. I also made no threats about dropping him in the woods. I only stated that I'm sure I could find a fitting place. I would have thought an engineer could understand the difference.

As for other peoples comments, they only made there's to screw wth him, after he started actually making threats. In my opinion, their threats were to make fun of him. But that is only my interpretation of their comments

When a person offers no sympathy, they don't offer sympathy -- they don't offer anything. People here have reacted strongly to you, and the reactions come from several things:
*you say you offer no sympathy but gloss over the fact that you insist on attacking people who are hurting. Yup, scum, that's right.
*you are new here and don't understand that there are many personal relationships here, and we help one another in the forum, on the phone, sometimes in person.
*this site is for people to cooperate with one another, and here's you, Sluggo, and maybe this is how you feel:

*you have taken a healing situation, which is people sharing with one another, and have turned it into crap.
