Hi all,

busier than hell (this is good)

can't keep up with or fix IP at this time (bad)

nor have been able to raise jaws, as he's one; busier than I am (quite possible, as I was going to do some programming for him) or two, he's gotten caught up in the recent rash of less than desirable weather on the southeastern corner of our beautiful country! I know he's been in FL ALOT recently...so he's been swamped...

As far as CEDIA...ain't gonna happen...we're short handed, and getting shorter (more jobs, more quickly) so I'll be pulling wire for the next several weeks...

Daniel...can you please start a job board here, and make sure to include a section for peopple who'd be willing to re-locate!

I'll get IP back up soon...but definitely not until several weeks after CEDIA!!!

Thanks for all your support...and all of you have a blast! Wish I could be there!

That is probably a very good idea. Good help here in Florida is hard to find, and the weather here is fine (hurricanes notwithstanding!)
I'm just a sheep in wolf's clothing...

This will be my first trip to CEDIA. Just trying to start a new business. How are the parties setup. Are the invite only or do you just ask the reps on CEDIA floor? I think it would nt only be good fun, but also a great way to network with the industry folks and get things off on the right foot.

It would be nice to meet up with some of you, anyone going to Lutron Party thursday night?

Dang. Another party (Lutron) that I haven't been invited to. And I sell the products too!

Go figure.

I sell Monster and don't get tickets to their party either.

So maybe I'll just stop selling the lines that don't give me the courtesy of an invite.

Well,

If the Days Inn has a data port I'll be checking in as I fly out in a few hours... otherwise I guess me and Greg C will be pounding back a few tequilas at the Slippery Noodle while the rest of you look for Lutron or Monster to entertain you.

Anyone else from the IP board who was talking about a meeting should post here.

I might swing in. Depends on my schedule though. I'm with another guy from work, and it's my first time out here, so he's kinda showing me around, and introducing me. If Days Inn doesn't have them, the Hampton Inn Airport has them. We cancelled 2 rooms the other night too. But I'm sure they've been gobbled up already.

Will I be able to bring some White Castle's to the Noodle?

What an opportunity.

Chowing down on some gut busters, and having a few Tequila's.......

Prepare to pump my stomach.....lol
