I have a client whose son is in the Englewood Cliffs area. The son, who is VERY technically knowledgeable, is looking for an installer who can handle satellite and audio/video needs. This is the kind of guy, an end user, who wants to be sure the installer can measure satellite signal levels, although I did not get into whether he means actual (micro- or) millivolts, or quality level as shown on the satellite receivers.
He has Canadian satellite and American satellite programming, and needs someone conversant with both.
