It seems like you are implying that people without religion and or people who smoke weed are devoid or morals. But I don't want to put words in your mouth. Hopefully I've misinterpreted that? Would you care to clarify, and hopefully not dig that hole a little deeper?

I feel that morality and religion are not at all exclusive of each other, and really have little to do with each other, least of all Catholicism. So I'm unsure why you even bring that into the conversation.

My comment was directed towards the personal choice comment. It has nothing to do with pot and I did not mean it to imply that someone who smokes weed does not believe in God or does not adhere to the laws. In short, we "shouldn't" have the right do whatever we want because it's our personal choice.

The Marijuana stocks are bought haven't performed well yet. My best performing one is down 52%. When this shit is legal, they will be high, just like the rest of the country.

That'll be interesting to see. A large reason for the stocks going down are due to the banks not wanting to loan money to these operations, but that is being worked on.

Which ones did you buy? You must have bought at the high. Almost all of them are up on the year (100+%) and even more than that in the last 12 months. They're all WAY overpriced, in my opinion. Even now, at the marijuana stock market dip. Check out:

I know people even doing better than that. Up until the last month or so, a blind monkey could have doubled his money.

I bought mid feb, made about 300%, and now I am down about 50-70% depending on the stock. I bought MJNA, ERBB, PHOT, HEMP, RFMK, and SKTO. I am holding onto them until Marijuana is legal everywhere. Then I am going to sell, get out of this business, and move to the caribbean.

The big problem with these stocks and companies, is that most of them are in a category that is still legal. Most are traded on the OTC or Pink Sheets, and there is no regulation. Two stocks have recently had trading halted due to illegal insider trading (PHOT and CANV), and this is what has dragged down the Bezinga 420 index. The SEC didn;t find anything illegal in both shutdowns, but it has made people very leary to buy into these companies. The COO of ERBB was just busted outside of Colorado with weed.

No one really knows how big this industry could be. Colorado sold 14 million dollars of MJ product in the first month, with 2 mill going to taxes. That means they are on par to make an additional 24 million a year off taxing MJ. Good money maker for the state.

Also the Medical uses are great as well. I have a client who had a brain tumor removed. She has been twitching for years. The only thing that gets her to stop twitching is Marijuana or Canabanoid Oil. Since MJ is illegal in Ohio, she buys weed illegally so she doesn't twitch. She is a 60 year old lady, and I feel bad that she has to do this. I have a friend who also has a daughter that has epilepsy, and the only thing that gets her to stop having seizures is the CDB oil. They are contemplating a move to a state that has legalized it for medical use.

Another red herring.

Most cig smokers smoke a min of a pack a day. Most cannabis smokers smoke far, far less (but yes there are exceptions). Certainly there is probably more tar in one hit of cannabis vs. one drag from a cig. But count the drags on a cigarettes, then multiply by 20 cigs a day and you will quickly realize that this is not an argument. And while the cannabis may lose the tar comparison in one hit vs one puff of a cig, what other chems are in those cigarettes that are also doing a lot of damage?

And then there is this little thing called a vaporizer. But they are arguably only used by less than 1%

Here in Seattle where it's legal, a large majority of usage is via vaporizors or candies, foods, oils. They actually have vaporizors that are like E cigarrettes.

I have a friend with cancer, and it is the only thing that relieves his pain. He vaporizes a strain that does not get you high, but has powerful pain killing characteristics.

Thats what RFMK makes....eCigs for MJ. I bought it for .004 cents, it went up to .007, then dropped back down to .003. I wish I was going to CEDIA this year in Denver, but I will be out of town.
