When did you stop carrying Onkyo?

Was trying to be nice by not mentioning the brand.

Worst moment was 3 weeks ago. 3 customers at our sales counter at the same time either picking up or dropping off recievers that needed new HDMI boards. To say it was awkard would be an understatement.

One of the customers was back today and he basically fired his sales guy. Guy was kind of a dick anyways, but I don't blame him for being pissed.

The hdmi issue has been fixed long ago with .4 and .5 on integra. That doesn't negate the hardship we all have felt dealing with the 70%+ returns after two+years. Thank god for a three year warranty!

Onkyo, 1 year. That's GOTTA suck.
