I just went to the Control Room forum and got a message that I have to fill out new information. I was just wondering if they are asking this of everyone? Of course the one time I wanted to refer to the forum on a job, I got that.

I got the same message.
It only took a minute to update/OK the info and I logged right in.

Same here. Follow the instructions and you will get in. When I first saw it, I was hoping they did not do what RTI did recently. :P

It is funny. I was thinking the other day about Elan. I have been using the same login for their dealer site for 13+ years. It is practically a requirement to know it to be considered for employment in this industry, whether you are an Elan dealer or not. :)

I updated it with no issue. Just had to take a minute to sit in front of it. I was literally just going on to reference something quick, and was then wondering if this was just something they were doing site wide. I don't like the fact when they require address for website access. URC has my address, I don't need it on my profile.

How public is the profile? Does putting in 1234 ABC Street, Anytown, Indiana send your snail mail to the wrong place?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

How would one look at your profile, without having to update their own?
