Are the room names on the advanced keypad customizable or only selectable from a preset list?
I tried to find the answer on Russounds site but no luck.
If preset, anyone have a list of what they are?

Only pre-defined names... the list is in the manual that you can download from Russound's website.

I looked at the manual but must have missed it.
Thanks!

Compoint can suck it!

Ok.....it is ok. But when it does not work right, and Russound suggests that you pull a known working piece from another clients' home to use for troubleshooting, that sucks it. :)

I need to get a Raspberri PI VOIP project done and wipe my ass of Russound.
I will gut the faceplates to reuse before buying any more of their abortions.

I've got a lot of Russound ComPoint installed and never had any problem with it and I like the integration with distributed audio speakers.

I think the only failures I had have been two outdoor door stations that got soaked from pressure washer or garden hose being sprayed directly on them.

I'm sure there's better stuff out there, but I think it's a lot nicer than the similar stuff from ONQ, etc.
