Marantz and Denon codes are the same? Are they the same as old Marantz codes, old Denon codes, or ? ? ?

I'm a Denon and RTI dealer and have never seen this issue.
Most of the control systems discussed here are consumer type. I would suggest trying a professional remote like RTI.

Aren't the actual professional remote control systems Crestron and AMX? So, since you don't do either, you're not a professional, Mr HairSplitter? See how that's a silly analogy?
