I've got a good customer that had a two year Loewe TV die recently. He called a local center to come and look at it. This repair tech thinks it's a blown power supply but he wants to bring it into the shop for more testing. As he didn't speak English very well or appear to be very confident the customer asked me what I though he should do. Well I've tried to contact Loewe for over a week and I haven't gotten a single return phone call or anything approaching a live voice. So how do I find a competent and authorized service center in Central Bucks County, PA? Thanks.

Any Loewe dealer can service the TV. It sounds like the basic board needs to be swapped out. Loewe TV's are modular and very easily serviced. It take about 40 minutes to change out a basic board and requires only a phillips screwdriver to do so.

Thanks for the info. I haven't found a list of dealers on their web site though. Now the web site is down. Generally not a good sign when no one returns your calls and the web site goes down.
