I have a customer who wants to move thier old Partner System from one office to another. I normally deal with Panasonic. Does anyone know if there will be a lose in programming once disconnected and moved to the new location? Thanks in advance.

It depends on how old the system is and the condition of the battery that retains the memory. You're probably OK but there us a risk. It is an easy system to program, just get the manual.

Partner ACS systems have triple A batteries at the bottom of the processor that are user replaced (indicated at display phones). Old systems had internal batteries that die over time without indication. It's probably still good if they have not lost programming recently which would happen during a typical power outage.
