I'm trying to track down discrete codes for inputs on Samsung's commercial plasmas. I've received a file from from Samsung with numbers like 98=Power Off, 04 = 1, 05 = 2, etc. I'm pretty sure I need more info from Samsung. Does anyone have an idea how to convert these to Pronto Hex? I've looked over all the forums, but have not found a step by step process. Also, I have another file with discretes for the Samsung W1 and new residential plasmas. This is one is in Pronto hex and I will post it soon.

We're having a very similar problem.
We have an AMX system controlling a Samsung PS50PH4 50" plasma TV via IR, & have to jump all sorts of hoops to get discrete input selection.
For anyone interested, the only way we found to do this was to send a 2 digit (say 11) TV channel command (ensuring ch 11 is an empty channel). That sends the screen to its 'TV' input, and then send the required number of 'input select' toggles. NB. The time required to wait between each input select was about 2.8 seconds!
If anyone out there can point me at some discrete input select IR codes that will work on a Samsung PS50PH4 50" plasma TV I'd be very grateful
