I am trying to find a phone system for my larger projects. I want one that is easy to use and program. Also is there anything out there that is geared specifically for residential. It seems that most systems are designed commercial and then adapted for residential use. Thanks

You will most likely get a million different answers on this as the programming is a comfort level you use what work for you. I personally and from what I've seen, most of my competition use Panasonic in one form or another. but Intel and Vodavi (sp) both have good systems.

I have used Panasonic, but I have not had very good customer feedback. Not to say it isn't the programer not the product. Just like remote controls they are only as good as the person programming them

The newest system from Panasonic, KXDA/Hybrid 100 or 200 is great. The portable phones are very small and work very well because of the way this system works. We have tried many, many brands and this is by far the best we have found so far. I must agree that phone systems and their user friendliness are clearly only as good as the programmer.
