Anybody use these distributors?

I ordered one thing years ago, (insert bad experience here), then finally ordered again.

Do these guys give a S*&#% ?

Can anyone recommend someone there that knows customer service?

Thanks.

You realize, don't you, that you're counting on getting advice from people who know these idiots, right? I've never heard of them, but maybe they're in my area and they're so bad I never heard of them.

Even the slightest hint of georaphical area could possibly help get an answer. Post and Profile mention nothing. If someone is in your area and somehow never heard of these dorks, that someone won't be able to help you.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

C&G is the distributor for Yuengling in Ohio. Are you buying a bar too?
As far as DDG, Digital Delivery Group, you realize it's a group of seven independent distributors, and the problems you are having with one of them, isn't really representative of the others.

Thus my request for location info.

Yes, Digital Delivery Group. I'm glad someone is having a good experience which gives me hope.

I'd rather not throw an individual under the bus, nor identify the branch.

One of my Jobs is working for a DDG member in NJ.

I help out my dealers to the best of my ability and within the constraints that any vendors put on everyone.

Ask any of my loyal dealers.
