XP8 and K4 system.

In my macros I have some page flips that say "Please wait". Every once in a while the K4's get stuck on this Please wait page causing me to do a truck roll to come reset them.

I've ran the XP diag driver and the macros show they are working properly.

Any ideas?

Sorry for the vague post, on my phone.

Do you have the page flip to another page in the system macro, macro on the button, or on assign button to page? Does it happen on certain buttons consistently?

Page flips in a system macro to then page flip to a source control page.

Example: system on

Page flip to "please wait"
Power on Projector
Delay 2 minutes
Power on receiver
Etc
Etc
Page flip to "homepage"

Sometimes, can't pin point it, this macro will just sit on the first page flip of "please wait".

Does the page flip work when the macro is on a button instead of a system macro?

Check for rf interference. Had this issue in our showroom with a wire l ess speaker system that was putting out tons of traffic.

Consider a button on the pls wait page to allow customer to exit if it gets hung up

OK, to answer all questions:

A button initiates the system macro to fire. I haven't tried putting the page flip on the button because it's not needed every time. It only has the "please wait" page when it is initially turned on.

Firmware is all up to date. First thing I changed.

Also checked for interference and didn't see much other than the usual wireless networks. System has been up for over a year and is now just experiencing this, at least that's what I'm being told.
