Makehex command line for Logitech

Ok, It's been a year or more and I can't remember the command line for Makehex.exe to convert Hex codes in for missing discrete buttons on the Logitech remote control devices.
I use the www.myremotesetup.com and go to 'Learn'. It creates the LearnIR.EzTut that is placed in the downloads folder.
I recall then from the command prompt using >MakeHex with the file name LearnIR.EzTut or something like that... Please help.
