I was behind the desk in one of the country's largest auto dealers last week and I saw a sign that said We are ladies and gentlemen Serving ladies and gentlemen That's a pretty good motto for all of us! It just occurred to me to google it, and it's the motto of the Ritz Carlton. It's truly a class act motto!

I once got a sandwich, sort of a hoagie kind of thing, from some chain company with an American name in Saudi Arabia, that was labeled, in big letters, FILLING. If there's anything you don't want in a sandwich, it's filling!

Of course Taco Bell meat is fit for human consumption. Whether it's fit for human digestion is debatable.

I was talking with a friend whose father started a Dodge/Chrysler dealership in the late '60s. He was at a local car dealer meeting and two dealership owners got into a heated argument. Mike walked over and said "Guys! Millionaires shouldn't fight!".
Does anyone think Time Warner knows about these catchy slogans regarding customer satisfaction? I don't.
