When I was last on the phone with someone from Marantz, verbally trashing this software, they told me to expect a help file to be online sometime in late summer, and they may have actually said August. So go online, open Wizzit, and click on HELP. It might finally be there.
Please be so kind as to post here when they have solved at least the problem that the software modifies good codes into other codes that may or may not work, and that modifying cannot be turned off. Or at least nobody has responded to say how it can be done in ANY of the NG software.

I have felt for years that Philips is the company that does not just shoot themselves in the foot, they emply the whole d*** clip!
Sure wish this would get resolved; I don't want to re-train my whole company on another remote. :-(
