Hey group. Every time I try to contact a large company for discrete power and input codes, I'm met with complete ignorance. I get switched around to several different departments, none of which have a clue what I"m talking about. I'm reasonably sure my command of the English language is not at fault.

I really need help with discretes for RCA. A phone number or email addy to someone there that can help me.

And secondly, do I need to insist on speaking with the engineering department when I call big manufacturers?

Mitsubisi seems to be the easiest, but I still have to go through six or seven people before I find someone that has up to date 090 codes.

Again, I'm really in need of discretes for the RCA 42600 PDP.

Played around with one of these units again today, and duh, the discrete inputs are the first six numbers of the 10 key pad. "When all else fails read the instructions." I hate doing dumb things!

I still need discrete on and off, and the codes I've found here don't work. Sure would appreciate some help if anyone can.
