I recently received the new discretes for Samsung's new HLP series DLP sets, but I am not sure how to convert them to "Pronto" language. Can anyone help? The file is in a .PDF format and all of the codes contain only two numbers/letters. (Example ON=99). The remote I am programming needs to be ready by tomorrow and I am not to thrilled about using toggles. Thanks.

Anybody out there know why I can't get the Samsung off discreet to work on an MX500? I loaded it onto a pronto 2000 and it works fine but if I teach it to the MX500 the set will not respond at all. The other discreets all work fine on the MX. I tried all sorts of distances between the remotes as well as a sheet of white paper between but no dice.

The power button on the MX-500 may have gone into vapor lock. Try erasing the button to get rid of any residual programming and then re-learning the command.
