I am having some difficulty transmitting an IR signal to my Panasonic DVD player. It work fine to use the remote aimed at an IR sensor tube. All of the provided codes and the Niles codes work fine with the Learner in simulate model. However, in order to get the keypads to work, I couldn't learn the codes from the provided remote, I had to learn them from a Harmony. These same codes do not work from the Via panel.

Any suggestions?

I have had some problems with certain codes not laerning with Elan HD software, the fix was to teach it to a pronto first. Something about how the IR prefix was learned better by some systems than others
