This is what I need: I just need it to be in plastic so that it will be lighter. I need it for an ONQ selective call dual gang intercom to set on end table next to couch for a customer that is in a wheelchair. He wants to grab it and operate it easily. I have made these out of wood and used the ones that are metal but I need one that is plastic. No, OnQ does not sell one.

Something like that Panduit surface mount junction box was all I could find in plastic, using Google. Bad hack:

I know Elan used to make them back in the day for their Z System keypads. I'm not sure if they're still available or not but it may be worth a shot.
