To all concerned

This problem begins and ends with the ID. The ID had a ethical duty to Mr. T to at least ASK if Mr. T offers the item and see if they could work things out! NOT GO BEHIND HIS BACK! SHIT ROLLS DOWNHILL NOT THE OTHER WAY!!

Could not disagree more with this in general. I dont know what happened overall with your particular situation but dealing with Fortress has been a very good experience for us. Quality company...quality product.
