Anyone had any good luck with Auton? I'm looking for
a company that supports its resellers.

Thanks
Danny

I've had a horrible time with INCA and its company
support moreover, NOT standing behind their products.

Seems everyone's pissed at Inca around here. Hope you're all being honest about your motivations.

For standard-duty, Chief Manufacturing ( www.chiefmfg.com )

For end-all be-all heavy-duty, Electrokinetics ( www.electrokinetics.com ).

We've had good luck with both.

I have related this story here before.

Auton made a lift for us. We were of course under the gun and didn't have the luxury of time before the install was promised for a party.

They made it wrong... had the inside dimensions built as the outside dimensions. A check of the drawings proved that it was their mistake.

They got three guys on it immediately... made the new mount and sent it on a United flight to Seattle that very day. We had to go get it at the airport but big deal... as a result these guys have earned my business forever. We have now used four of their lifts (so we weren't even a big customer... just A customer) and have had no problems or callbacks.

RHM-

Nice to know there's still a shred of dealer support in this industry. I think I'll have to look into a dealership...We have a house requiring 3 plasma lifts coming up. Any hints on buy-in, stipulations, etc. you can give?
