Sold a client a Pantel PAN420, the power, volume and input buttons on the outside of the case are not working, the remote still works. We opened the case and reseated the connections going from the outside case buttons the the circuit board with no luck. Is there a schematic available for repairing these or someone providing parts.

Thanks

Suggest calling, listen to the prompt for Joe Pantel, and leave a msg for him specifically.

Anyone find a Service Manual for a Pantel 420? Schematics and Parts listing??

There seems to be no way to contact anyone remotely associated with Pantel.

Please let me know if anyone can help...

Thank you,
Denton

Supposedly these are off the shelf parts if that helps. I had no luck finding any type of schematics.

Company was based in Garden Grove CA, might try contacting repair shops in that area.

Good luck finding anyone in that company. If you do please post back to this thread.

Thanks

LOL, 1% of his goal meet. Maybe Joe should try changing his name now, his reputation might be catching up with him.

Don't know if I would call him a con man.
But he sure has no trouble abandoning things (and people) for the promise of the next paycheck.

I would buy one once it came to maturity. Not even thinking about kickstarter or Indiegogo. Those companies are the real con.
Oh, and who owns that patent on this? So they might collect money from everyone only to receive a C&D.

I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.
