Has anyone used an Autopatch video matrix (1YDM or 4YDM) and controlled it with an Elan HD system? I'm trying to integrate the two, but am having some problems controlling it. I thought I'd be smart and use the same control commands from the Elan system that it uses to control the Z880 (both of them are controllable using RS232) but the ASCII codes are different for each of them. Has anyone found an ASCII converter that doesn't require a computer to run? Any other options besides IR and the Xantech IRS232?
