First of all I love the Commander!! I bought a new home theater system 3 months ago and was sold the OFA Kameleon remote to operate everything. The "coolness factor" was very high in the sale of the Kameleon but eventually became a burdon for lack of functionality.
I now am enjoying leaning the the 2500! No complaints, just some questions.

1. I have all the separate componants programmed and have a few macros set. I use the SYSTEM CONTROLs A and B for powering on and off the entire system. Dont use C at all. I have the COMPONENT SELECT buttons set for turning each on and switching to necessary inputs/ outputs for the TV and AMP. What else can I do??

2. When programming the SYSTEM CONTROL buttons, the numbers 1-9 come on in the touch screen. How could those be used for system control??

3. I have a PS2 and an XBOX. What do I need to get them both on the COMMANDER? I have no remote for either.

4. My TV is the Samsung DLP TV. To switch video inputs you have to scroll up and down the available inputs. HD Tv is on "componant input 1". To switch to XBOX I have to go down one to "componant input 2". My DVD is on "DVI input" which is down 3 from the usual setting of HD TV on "componant 1". As long as I always start from watching TV, my macros work fine. But if I want to switch from DVD to XBOX, the Commander doesnt know how to move through the input menu. Im open for suggestions on this one. I know I cant be the only one with this type of input menu.

5. This is the easiest. Any suggestions on cleaning the screen?

Any advise or tips from experienced users are welcome.

Thanks

Wes
