here is a link to the installation guide for the Antenna Specialists Commercial grade antenna / amplifier / repeater.

I highly recommend going with a commercial grade antenna for best results. Aiming is not too critical with these units. If you are lucky, you live in an area with strong terrestial repeaters.

I've used about 50' of RG-6 to extend the cable, and it worked fine.
