Send it back to Onkyo.  If you can't do that, throw it away and start over.  It's a POS.

I just had my onkyo nr616 Receiver 'fixed' by the local onkyo repair shop as I had lost all HDMI connection.

Now, When I turn it on, I get the onkyo image on my projector then it stops receiving video. The audio works fine. It has the latest firmware installed and have tried other tips such as reset, and unplugging the receiver. No luck.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

You can try a new update, or an earlier version and test.
If the fault persists CIs should check the HDMI board.

I ask kindly check and let me know what code the CI - Q8201 HDMI adapter.

grateful
