Has anybody else had trouble getting universal remotes to learn Integra Zone 2 input and power commands. I'm working with a DTR6.4, and can't get either a mx-500 or 600 to learn these commands. I've also tried downloading them off the files section, and they don't seem to work either. Help !!

I dont think this has changed in the .4 series....

There are 2 ways to control ZSOne 2 on the Integra receivers (Well, Three if you count RS232)

IR From Front panel is handles by pressing the "Z2" key on the remote followed by the Input button/power comand. So these need to be macros.

IR from the rear IR IN Jack: Controls Z2 Directly with Zone 1 Remote control codes.

Had the exact same problem just recently! You have to make a macro with the Zone2 button and the desired action (vol+, vol-, input). I could not get a smooth volume ramp this way though - you have to continue to hit the Vol + button to raise the volume. Good luck and let me know how it worked out!

you also need to turn on zone two. Here are some pasted codes that should control zone 2 volume without using the Zone2 button first.
